Refund and Return Process

At Scaled Craftings, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our refund and return process ensures transparency and efficiency. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a request.


1. Return and Refund Eligibility

Custom Products

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom signs and products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
    • The item is damaged during transit.
    • The item has a manufacturing defect.
    • The delivered item does not match the approved design or order details.

Non-Custom Products

  • Non-custom products may be eligible for returns or refunds if:
    • The item arrives damaged or defective.
    • The wrong item was shipped.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide Evidence: Send us clear photos of:
    • The damaged or defective product.
    • The packaging, including the shipping label.
  3. Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  3. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Scaled Craftings (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Replacement Process

For approved replacement requests:

  1. We will produce and ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
  2. The replacement timeline will be communicated based on the complexity of the product and shipping destination.

5. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@scaledcraftings.com with the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  2. Await Confirmation:
    Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
  3. Follow Instructions:
    If a return is required, you will receive details on how and where to send the item back.

6. Important Notes

  • Time Frame: Refund and replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process refunds or replacements for:

  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns initiated beyond the stated time frame.
  • Products that match the approved design or specifications provided by the customer.
