1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final once the order is confirmed. This includes any custom neon signs, UV neon signs, acrylic signs, or home décor signs that are made according to your specifications.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them quickly and efficiently. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: If the product has manufacturing defects, faulty wiring, or electrical issues covered under our 3-year warranty, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Damage During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To process your claim, we will require photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered (wrong design, size, or color), we will correct the mistake by offering a replacement or refund.

Please note that to qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer Design Error: If there is a mistake in the design, spelling, or other details provided by the customer for custom orders, Scaled Craftings will not be responsible for the error. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
  • Change of Mind: Once an order is placed and production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
  • Damage from Misuse: Products damaged after delivery due to improper use, installation, or modifications not authorized by Scaled Craftings are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If you experience any delays, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
